Статья посвящена анализу литературных данных по вопросу иммунной системы и эндометриоза. Рассмотрены особенности иммунной системы, а также механизмы развития эндометриоза при дисфункции иммунной системы.
Цель. Изучить роль иммунной системы в патогенезе эндометриоза.
Материал и методы. Для анализа литературы проводился поиск информации касательно данной проблемы глубиной до 10 лет в PubMed/MEDLINE, PMC, Web of Sсiеnce. Для поиска использовали следующие термины по отдельности или в комбинации: «генитальный эндометриоз», «иммунная система», «цитокины», «аутоантитела». Критерием поиска были ключевые исследования, связанные с генитальным эндометриозом и иммунной системой: метаанализы, оригинальные исследования, ретроспективные и когортные исследования.
Результаты и обсуждение. Необходимо улучшить понимание потенциального происхождения общей иммунопатофизиологии эндометриоза, чтобы определить терапевтические целевые области, которые могут позволить облегчение или, в конечном счете, предотвращение этого заболевания. Иммунологические маркеры в данном аспекте имеют определенные перспективы.
Выводы. Хотя роль цитокинов в развитии эндометриоза определена, она недостаточно изучена. В связи с этим трудно четко определить, как они влияют на патогенез эндометриоза. Для того, чтобы лучше понять, необходимы дополнительные исследования, чтобы улучшить современные подходы к диагностике и лечению.
