Материал  және  әдістері.  Талдау  үшін  мәліметтер  базасында  20  жылға  дейінгі  тереңдік мәселесі  бойынша  ақпарат  іздеу  жүргізілді,  шолу  тақырыбы  бойынша  жарияланымдарды іздеу  Medline,  PubMed/  MEDLINE,  PMC,  EMBASE,  Web  of  Since  дерекқорларында,  сондайақ  Google.com  және  Yahoo.com.  браузерлер  арқылы  кең  іздестірілді.  Іздеу  критерийі  ретінде келесідей   терминдердің тіркемесі болды: сапа менеджменті жүйесі (quality management system), денсаулық сақтау (денсаулық сақтау), үнемді өндіріс (lean production).

Нәтижелері және талқылауы. ISO және Lean (үнемді өндіріс) сапа менеджменті жүйелерінің негізгі  сипаттамалары  мазмұндалған,  сонымен  қатар  оларды  салыстыру  жағы  келтірілген. Бұл  жүйелердің  денсаулық  сақтау  ұйымдарында  қолдануы  туралы  ақпарат  берілген.  Қазіргі уақытта   үнемді   өндіріс   жүйесі   Саскачеван   провинциясының   (Канада)   денсаулық   сақтау ұйымдарында міндетті түрде енгізілген, оны Ресей Федерациясында ауқымды енгізу басталған. Көптеген медициналық ұйымдар бұл жүйені өз бастамалары негізінде енгізіп отыр. Көптеген жарияланымдарда Lean қолдану туралы пікірлер жақсы. Дегенмен, жарияланған, яғни  оң баға берілген  есептердің қатаң дәлелдемелі  базасының жоқ екендігі туралы бірнеше сыни мақала да    бар.  Сонымен  қатар,  Lean  тиімділігін  бағалаудың  бірыңғай  жүйесінің  болмауы  себепті әртүрлі ұйымдардың есептерін салыстыру мүмкін емес.

Қорытынды.   Үнемді   өндіріс   жүйесі   денсаулық   сақтау   ұйымдарында   жиі   қолданыла бастаған.  Пікірлердің  көпшілігі  оның    әсерінің  өте  жақсы  екендігін  көрсетіп  отыр.  Алайда, тиімділік мәселесі одан әрі зерттелуге тиіс, өйткені   есептердің   басым   бөлігін дәлелді деп тануға болмайды.
