Шизофрениядағы теріс белгілер науқастардың әлеуметтік және еңбек қызметіне айтарлықтай әсер етеді және оңалтуға, науқастардың жұмысқа бейімделуіне және әлеуметтік реинтеграциясына кедергі келтіруі мүмкін.
Негізгі бөлім. Жаңа атипиялық антипсихотикалық карипразин (Реагила®) мысалында шизофрениямен ауыратын науқастардың теріс белгілер емдеуде нейролептикті тиімді қолданудың клиникалық жағдайларының сипаттамалары келтірілген.
Талқылауы. Жақсартылған рецепторлардың профилі: D3 рецепторларына жоғары аффинизм және допаминдік рецепторлардың екі түріне қатысты ішінара агонизм, теріс белгілер мен когнитивті бұзылуларды жақсартудың негізгі механизмі бола алады.
Қорытынды. Карипразин ересек пациенттерді аурудың басталуында теріс белгілер басым болған кезде де, оң және теріс белгілер бар шизофренияның созылмалы ағымында, соның ішінде метаболикалық және жүрек-қантамыр жүйесінің бұзылу қаупі жоғары емделушілерде таңдаулы препарат.
