Жүйелік склеродермия - өкпе гипертензиясымен байланыскан аутоиммунды аурулардың жиі кездесетін түрі болып табылады. Өкпе гипертензиясы ерте өлімнің ықтимал болжаушысы болып табылады, осыған байланысты соңғы уақытта зерттеушілер арасында жүйелік склеродермиямен байланысқан өкпе гипертензияның зерттеу мәселелерінің анықталуына қызығушылық артып келеді.
Мақсаты. Күнделікті клиникалық тәжірибеде қолданылатын жүйелік склеродермиямен байланысты өкпе гипертензиясын тексеру мақсатымен диагностикалық алгоритмдерді қолдану қағидаларын, заманауи диагностикалық мәселелері қарастырыру.
Материал және әдістері. Әдеби деректерді зерттеу мақсатында Web of Science, PubMed/MEDLINE-да 10 жылға дейінгі тереңдікте осы мәселеге қатысты ақпаратты іздеу жүзеге асырылды. Іздеу барысында келесі терминдер жеке және бірге қолданылды: "жүйелі склеродермия", "өкпе гипертензиясы", "DETECT алгоритмі", "жүректің оң камераларын катетеризациялау". Іздеудің негізгі шарты жүйелік склеродермиямен байланысқан өкпе гипертензиясы бар науқастарды зерттеуге негізделген зерттеу жұмыстары болды: мета-анализдер, түпнұсқа зерттеулер, ретроспективті және когорттық зерттеулер.
Нәтижелері және талқылауы. Өкпе гипертензияның клиникалық белгілерінің спецификалық емес болуы, бұл аурудың ерте анықталуын едәуір қиындатады.
