Несеп-жыныс жолдарының инфекциялары пациенттердің өмір сүру сапасының айтарлықтай төмендеуіне әкелетін ең көп таралған аурулар болып табылады. Қазақстан Республикасында
2014 жылы ауруханаға жатқызылған 448 216 жағдайдың 33 613 жағдайы бүйрек және зәр шығару жолдарының инфекцияларымен байланысты болды.
Зерттеу мақсаты. Төменгі зәр шығару жолдарының қабыну ауруларын емдеудегі фитопрепараттың негізгі және жаңа емдік қасиеттерін клиникалық мысалдар бойынша көрсету.
Клиникалық жағдайлар. Мақалада күрделі терапияның бөлігі ретінде де, монотерапия ретінде де қайталанатын циститке арналған шөптен жасалған дәріні қолданудың тиімділігі талданған үш клиникалық бақылау берілген.
Нәтижелері. Емдеу схемалары және фитопрепаратты қолдану арқылы циститті оң емдеудің нәтижесі көрсетілген.
Талқылауы және қорытынды. Клиникалық бақылаулардың нәтижелері фитопрепараттардың несеп айдағыш, қабынуға қарсы, спазмолитикалық әсерінің арқасында зәр шығару жүйесінен патогендік микроорганизмдер мен токсиндерді тезірек жоюға ықпал ететінін көрсетті, осылайша зәр шығару жолдарының инфекцияларының қайталану жиілігін төмендетеді.
